TL_AUTO Enrollment process not inserted data into TL_EMPL_DATA table

Hello All,

We are using Peoplesoft TL Auto enrollment process to create TL_EMPL_DATA, SCH_ASSIGN data. HR analyst loaded some data into JOB table through excel to CI and make sure that TL AUTO enroll process queries able to select the data [ When I run the queries , data returned]. But when I ran the TL AUTO enrollment process, no rows created in TL EMPL Data table.

Could you please let me know what we missed.
