What is the correct syntax for FNDLOAD DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD for lookup type including the lookup code

What is the correct syntax for FNDLOAD DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD for lookup type including the lookup code associated with it?

i used the following but did not extract the lookup codes only the type.

FNDLOAD apps/$apps_pwd 0 Y DOWNLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/aflvmlu.lct XX_LOOKUP.ldt\FND_LOOKUP_TYPE LOOKUP_TYPE="XX_MAILBOX"


Also i used lookup type window from system administration
