Is Integration Possible For DMS (OpenText on premise) and Unifier on cloud (Oracle Saas)?

Unifier is hosted by Oracle (SaaS license) where admin configuration access is not provided. As per the unifier documentation Unifier can connect to any CMIS compliance DMS and we need to configure CMIS web services URL in Unifier admin settings.  Can we integrate Unifier on cloud with any CMIS compliant DMS (on premise or another cloud)?
