Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Date/Time format to be used in Order Jeopardy Policy Tab - Oracle OSM

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Order Jeopardy.

In Policy tab, under Timer Duration, there are 2 options,

Specify an Xquery expression to return a duration or date/time
Specify an Data path expression to contain a duration or date/time.

Now when I pass a numeric value as duration, the jeopardy date gets calculated correctly.

However the date/time value does not work. What is the exact date/time format to be used so that the jeopardy date gets set to that date/time.
