ORACLE_HOME Deleted

Hi,

On 11.2.0.4 on AIX

We have two databases: DEV1 and DEV2.

They have been installed with the same sources, then they are exactly the same version and the same patche level. SYS and SYSTEM password the same.

The File system where was located DEV1 ORACLE_HOME has crashed and we have no backup.

Can I copy the contents of DEV2 ORACLE_HOME to DEV1 ORACLE_HOME (New disk).

Edit and modify listener.ora and tnsnames.

Run relink all?

Will it work?
