Can we terminate Management Kernel which is causing high CPU usage on Enterprise server?

Hello All,

We are on App Release 9.1 and Tools Release 9.2.4.1. Our Enterprise servers are on Linux platform.

We are having an issue where Management kernel seems to be in hung status and causing high CPU usage on our Production Enterprise server. We are not able to see any runtime metrics for the server.

Is there any way to reduce the CPU usage on our Production Enterprise server or if we can terminate the PID associated with the Management kernel without affecting our JDE system?

Also, can we start the Management Kernel process again once we kill it (without having complete outage or JDE service bounce)?

Howdy, Stranger!
