Visibility of Tax code imposed by tax rules

Hi,

this is a sql question relating to Procurement in Oracle Fusion Financials.

On some POs I see no withholding tax at po line location level, but there is nonrecoverable_tax / recoverable_tax created by the tax rules.

Is there anyway I can access (using sql) the tax code that is being applied in the creation of those amounts, as otherwise I can only report the effect (rec tax / nonrec tax) but not the cause (tax code 20% standard etc)
