I am unable to use SQL DEVELOPER 19.2.1 version

I am trying to configure SQL developer 19.2.1 version.

When I tries to open sqldeveloper.exe file it opens and freezes after some point of time and then never opens up.

can any one suggest and help me to configure this version.


Reason why I only want to use SQL Developer 19.2.1 version

  1. I have to establish a SSH connection over OCNA which is only stable in 19 version
