how do you suppress tiles in PeopleSoft fluid open enrollment?

We allow employees access to update life insurance beneficiaries 24/7 through the PeopleSoft 9.2 benefit summary however for open enrollment we do not want a tile for life insurance to show as an option to update. How do I suppress the tile for Open Enrollment however still allow updates through the summary?
