Transaction date default for Shippable Items not defaulting to Ship Date

Hello,

The US OU has multiple Inventory Orgs. We recently created a new Org in the same OU. However, we see that the transactions created in AR show the booked date and not the ship date.

All other inventory orgs in this OU show the ship date as the transaction date.

Are there any Inventory level configs we need to do to get this to correctly default.
