What affects application performance in different corridors?

We have two different corridors E1 and E2 , there is one application developed by developers in our team , it works fast in E1 in about 1min 30 secs but takes more that 4-5 mins in E2.

Also Call Object Kernels are going in zombie state after we run test on that application.
