file crsd_oraagent_oracleOUT.trc and crsd_oraagent_oracle.pid does not exist and getting error similar to below in doc id 2335214.1, we are preparing 2 node RAC on AIX, DB 19.7 version

Db instance is not started automatically. Pls help to identify why above file which must be owned by oracle:oinstall which are used by oraagent process which does not exist in my machine

CRS-0267: Human intervention required to resume its availability.

CRS-5802: Unable to start the agent process
