Sales order stuck in AR interface but how AR subledger period got closed

Product: Oracle Accounts Receivables

Version: 12.2.5


We have created a Sales order on 26-JUL-2021 and order line got closed then the order is moved to AR interface on same date: 26-JUL-2021 but it was stuck in AR interface till now. but the business is able to close the JUL-2021 period.


Here my question is "How AR period got closed if the sales order is stuck in AR interface."
