Oracle OLM R12.1 Transfer learners from one business group to another

Hi,

I have searched high and low for my question on MOS and have also looked in the application to see whether it is possible to fulfill my requirement.

The requirement is to transfer learners along with their learning history from one business group to another. Is this possible to do in OLM? The reason for this is that we have employees who leave one business group to work in another and the manager for the new business group would like to have access to their learning history.

The current security set up for our customer is business group specific.
