ORA-01795 - Hardcoded limit or able to adjust?

Our consultant is getting this error when running a query for a BI report. The suggestion from Oracle support was to restructure the query.

However we wanted to ask if anyone has access to or has been able to increase this limit? If so, how did you accomplish that? We are on the OCI platform and version 21.5.
