Forecasting in Absent Event

Need help on absent event forecasting, when I try to forecast for the whole year eg.2021 for certain EE it will prompt "Forecasting completed covering the period from 2021-08-01 to 2021-08-13 (17005,479)". why it only shows on that particular date? it supposed to capture 2021-01-01 to 2021-12-31. due to that, the balance did not capture leave takes and balancea correctly.

I've assigned the retro limit to "no limit".

I notice that there's retro in May and the calendar already finalized. this issue happens when try to forecast May onwards. and only for particular EE (no issue with Job Data).
