iStore page blank after login

We are running iStore in 12.1.3 with a custom login page. Works perfectly.

We are in the middle of an upgrade to 12.2.10 and I expected the login page to be the normal EBS login per the MOS doc How to Personalize iStore Login Page? (Doc ID 732970.1) but after login the pages are blank. Empty. What should I be searching for to fix this?

All my jsp's are in the right locations. All have been recompiled by the admin. Server was bounced and cache was cleared. I'm out of ideas.
