Now Complete! Coming August 20 – Categorization of EBS Communities

To simplify the community experience for our EBS customers, the Support team will be changing the structure of how the EBS communities are presented in My Oracle Support Community. The new structure should be intuitive to users, based on how the EBS products are categorized.

The HCM communities will be found under the new category “Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC)”. The communities that will be in this new category are:

·        Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC)

·        Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC)

·        Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC)

Notable changes within the HCM communities:

·        “Payroll - EBS (MOSC)” will be renamed to “Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC)”
