Now Complete! Coming August 20 – Categorization of EBS Communities

To simplify the community experience for our EBS customers, the Support team will be changing the structure of how the EBS communities are presented in My Oracle Support Community. The new structure should be intuitive to users, based on how the EBS products are categorized.

The Manufacturing communities will be found under the new category “Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC)”. The communities that will be in this new category are:

·        Cost Management - EBS (MOSC)

·        Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC)

·        Process Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC)

We hope this categorization will make it easier for you to find the community you need when engaging with the Support team and your community peers. This new structure is planned to go-live on Friday August 20, 2021.
