Now Complete! Coming August 20 – Categorization of EBS Communities

To simplify the community experience for our EBS customers, the Support team will be changing the structure of how the EBS communities are presented in My Oracle Support Community. The new structure should be intuitive to users, based on how the EBS products are categorized.

The Order Management communities will be found under the new category “Order Management - EBS (MOSC)”. The communities that will be in this new category are:

·        Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC)

·        Channel Revenue Management - EBS (MOSC)

·        Configurator - EBS (MOSC)

·        Incentive Compensation - EBS (MOSC)

·        iStore - EBS (MOSC)

·        Order Management - EBS (MOSC)
