Now Complete! Coming August 20 – Categorization of EBS Communities

To simplify the community experience for our EBS customers, the Support team will be changing the structure of how the EBS communities are presented in My Oracle Support Community. The new structure should be intuitive to users, based on how the EBS products are categorized.

The Service communities will be found under the new category “Service - EBS (MOSC)”. The communities that will be in this new category are:

·        Complex Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul - EBS (MOSC)

·        Depot Repair - EBS (MOSC)

·        Field Service - EBS (MOSC)

·        Teleservice - EBS (MOSC)

Notable change within the Service communities:

·        Existing community “Service - EBS (MOSC)” will be renamed to “Teleservice - EBS (MOSC)”
