Creating Custom Print for BP with Query tabs

We are on Unifier Cloud 21.7.0.1

We are trying to create custome print for submittal BP which has a query tab for submittal revisions.

When we download the sample data, we are able to see only some of the DEs from the submittal revision BP. Why we only see some of the DEs and how can we see all the remaining DEs from this query tab BP.

Appreciate any help on it.
