Calling a JSP or html page | Siebel CRM 21

Hi Team,

Could you please let me know how to call a static html or jsp file from Siebel IP21.

we have application url like /hostname/staff/enu. On click of some button we would like to call /hostname/staff/myhtml or /hostname/staff/myjsp

in earlier versions we can host the page on webserver(iis) and we can call it.

From IP21, how can we call such pages.
