Discrete Job not showing substitute components after releasing planned orders

Dear Oracle Gurus,

I have enabled substitute components in BOM and expecting the same in WIP and want to automate the process.

version: 12.2.9

Have set profile options required in ASCP decentralised instance as below.

MSO: Maximum Allowable Days Late - 5

MSO: Choice of supply for substitution - All Supplies

MSO: Use Existing Supplies in Alternate BOM/Subs. Comp - 0 (default)

MSO: Use Up Existing Supply of Primary Components Before Substitute - Yes

Plan: Constrained EDD Plan and plan option aggregation buckets are in daily for initial 180 days and planned orders are generated in that window.

Decision Rules: Use Substitute Component is checked
