What is Overflow Payments concept in Auto Lockbox

Hi All,

Please explain what is the concept of overflow payments in Auto Lockbox (please explain with example ) and also what is the difference between Invoices mentioned in Overflow Payments Record Type and Invoices mentioned in Payments Record Type.

What is the consequence if Invoice numbers having in Overflow Payment but not exist in Payments Record Type.
