Restore DB errors

Hi,

I can not restore database(version 19.11 SunOS 5.11 sparc) with errors:

First, I can not link “/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/libobk.so64.1” via oracle link as below:

s03258 oracle JKEDCON /usr/openv/netbackup/bin>./oracle_link

All Oracle instances should be shutdown before running this script.
