query not using sql baseline

Hello all,

I created a sql baseline for a problem query after a migration but the query will not use the plan, any ideas or suggestions to make it use the plan? I know this one may be a question that could go all over but just wasnt sure maybe someone has a simple fix.

We are running 19c on linux redhat standalone

i have done the below steps to move a sql plan from one env to another and the plan is not being used. how can i get the planed to be used? The sql id's are the same between env's
