ACFS not supported for Oracle database datafiles in 19c with GI Standalone Server (Oracle Restart)?

When trying to place oracle database (19.12.0) datafiles on ACFS in DBCA I see DBT-06309: Oracle ACFS location is not supported for database files (password files, spfile, data files and redo logs) in an Oracle Restart (standalone server) configuration.
