Tools Upgrade 9.2.2.1 to 9.2.5.3 (32bit)

Hi,


We are in process for effort estimation for tools release upgrade. Would like to know if we need to consider retrofit efforts while tools release upgrade. What are all ESU's we need to apply as part of tools upgrade.

We are considering to stay on 32bit. Do we have option for 9.2.5.3 in 32 bit?



Below are current tools release details and "To Be Tools Release"


Current Tools Release

Release : 9.2

Tools Release : 9.2.2.1

OS: 7.8

Database: Oracle 12.1.0.2


To Be Tools Release

Tools Release 9.2.5.3

Operating System 7.8

Database: 19.0.0.0
