Oracle Learning Cloud 21C- eLearning Player and responsive design

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We haven't installed the new eLearning player yet (I think it came in 21A) and are testing it to see how it will work for us. We write our learning content in Captivate 2019 and all of our content is currently set to scalable but not responsive design. Will this be a problem with the new eLearning player? I read in the elearningplaybackguidelines.pdf that 'Oracle Learning Cloud will only support content that employs a responsive design.' But we currently use courses published in a blank/scalable format without issue. Does anyone have Captivate 2019 and OLC
