Save views windows continues to pop up

Does anyone has a work around for the Save View windows not to pop up every 5 minutes or less. Most of my users seem to be having this issue. We have tried opening OPC in the incognito window, clearing cookies and the pop up still shows all the time.

What I have noticed is this window pops up when an user is using a workspace view and they either change the size of a column, sort by a different column from what the view is currently saved. I recommend this window to only show if the person is changing views. There is no need for that window to pop up every 5 minutes or less. The person may not want to save it.
