Showing changes that have been escalated to users on a personal dashboard

Hi,

We have set up a user dashboard that displays user specific activity in Agile.

It has boxes like 'My Open Changes', 'Changes Requiring my Attention' etc...

We would like to set-up box that displays Changes that require their attention, that have been transfered via a TOA, or Escalation.

We have done this, however once in the box, the change does not then leave until it completely closed down.

The search criteria we are using is;

Changes

Object Search

[Workflow.Notify Users Contains $USER And

Workflow.Workflow Status Equal To $CURRENTSTATUS]

Any pointers would be much appreciated.
