Dictionary object "PACKAGE ORACLE_OCM.MGMT_DB_LL_METRICS" dropped by mistake

Dear experts,

I have dropped a dictionary object (PACKAGE ORACLE_OCM.MGMT_DB_LL_METRICS) by mistake from CDB 12cR1. This sharing status of this package was 'metadata link'. I tried to create it again in CDB with the script I have, It is created but the sharing status is 'none'. I want your expert opinion to recreate it with 'metadata link' option in CDB.

Description:

DB Version: 12.1.02

OS: OEL 7.8

Object_name: ORACLE_OCM.MGMT_DB_LL_METRICS

Object_type: Package (dictionary package).
