Corrupt oakres.xml files after server restart

We have lost sight of the VMs on and ODA after a restart on Friday. Also the version of one of the repos looks corrupt:

It looks like the oakres.xml file is corrupt - it is missing information and the file was written to around the time of the shutdown.
