Upgrade 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 with 19c

Hello Experts,

We are upgrading our EBS instance 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 with its database 12.1.0.2 to 19c.

Hope we are all aware we do multiple iteration to achieve this upgrade. My question is, for minimize the time from one iteration to other, what are the steps we can eliminate. Our approach is 1st upgrade the DB from 12c to 19c and then application 12.1 to 12.2.

Could you please tell me what are steps we can do it before/actual upgrade starts. For production we only 2 days downtime, can we complete it both DB and Apps with 2 days.?

If yes, could please share the steps.
