Rehosting databases from one server to another for EPM applications

Hello team,

We have :-

EPM 11.2.5.0 and 11.1.2.4 setup

In upcoming weeks we may move our Oracle databases from our existing Exadata machine to a new Exadata machine.

With regards to above, we would like to know the recommended steps by Oracle for this task to make sure our application doesn't break.

Note:-

On EPM 11.2.5.0, we have :-

(1) server:

Weblogic

OHS

Workspace

EAS

Financial Reporting

(2) server:

Weblogic

ODI

Planning

CM

APS

(3) server:

Essbase Server

On EPM 11.1.2.4, we have:-

(1) server:

Weblogic

RA Framework (configured only, but not being used)

Financial Reporting (configured only, but not being used)

HSF

OHS

Workspace

Essbase Server

EAS
