Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Encryptng the TDE Wallet File

I got a customer that has a TDE Wallet Setup. The TDE wallet is located in a local filesystem. A few questions:

1. Is the TDE Wallet encrypted by default?

2. Can a third party tool add another layer of security by encrypting the TDE wallet file?

3. Is there a white paper that provides best practice guidance in securing the tde wallet residing on the filesystem?
