Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I m getting this error in the DV_HTML instance logs , all other things seems to be fine .

What to do to resolve the issue ??

Also when i try to connect to 3rd party tool it gives following error :
