Receiving a "OGG-02803 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle" error when attempting to upload OGG aft

After making a switchover back to the primary DB, the OGG no longer Running the extract

My environment is as follows:

Primary Database 172.26.1.1: Oracle GG installed replicating certain tables to an environment on AWS in Active-Passive mode

Database Standby 172.26.1.2: Here I do NOT have anything from Oracle Goldengate installed, it is only the Standby db in Open Active.


Stage

We apply a switchover to the Stanby db. (the OGG down). After successfully completing the switchover, continue transactions were applied in the new environment. 

After some time, the switchover was applied back, finishing satisfactorily. 

When trying to up the OGG services, it marks the error in the extract.
