ORDERED_QUANTITY changed to DECIMALS when updated warehouse on sales order line for Dual UOM Items

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Responsibility -> Order Management Superuser

Orders, Returns -> Sales Orders

1- Enter Order Header Details and Go to Line Items

2- Enter Item Code, Quantity and other information and save the line. (Entered Qty was 10 and warehouse was FGC.)

3- Changed Warehouse Field on line (e.g. changed to CWC) and save. Gets message "Apply converted quantity to primary quantity". Clicked "Yes".

4- Line Quantity changed to 9.99999 (previously it was 10).

We expect system not to change the primary quantity on warehouse update.

We are experiencing this issue after we upgraded our application to R12.2.10 (from R12.1.3).
