Mismatch between item ledger and Item Availability

Hi, Please help to suggest on the below

For an item/BP we have zero QOH/Available/committed in F41021 but when the item ledger (F4111) is been summed up the total qty shows as -10. In that case how can we correct this integrity? Correction is needed in F41021 or F4111? please advise
