CPIC Fast Track BY23 - Release 4

This package contains the updates made in response to GSA’s updates to the IT Collect API Documentation as well general Oracle testing. All updates are detailed in the associated What’s New document, but there are a few that I’d like to point out here:

1. New Category “Activity: Lowest Level”: this category has been created in response to challenges IT Collect is having with validating Structure IDs for Activty records. This category will be used to indicate the lowest level for each Structure ID. For example, if Project 123 has the following Structure IDs:

*123.1

*123.1.1

*123.1.2

*123.1.2.1

*123.2

*123.3

*123.3.1

Structure IDs 123.1.1, 123.1.2.1, 123.2, and 123.3.1 should have the category Activity: Lowest Level set to “True”
