Copy and Paste Views do not keep the bar colors

I believe there is a bug in the views. When I copy and paste a view to create a new one, I've noticed that the progress bar color goes back to the OPC blue. We have company colors set up and I have to correct this every time I copy and paste a view. Has anyone experience this issue?
