SBC and Redsky E911

Has anyone configured their SBC for Redsky E911?

It seems it should just require header manipulation rule to change the 911 call sip invite to use the IP address of the Redsky cloud server, and the connection IP to the external SBC address, but the Redsky documentation is very skimpy.
