Proportionate Billing from Property Manager to Oracle AR

Hi Team,

We create a revenue contract for 1 year and 9 months in property manager with the payment frequency as ANNUAL. The amount inputed in the annual amount field is 12000. What we know is that, for the first billing line, the entire amount is billed. However the second billing line is for only 9000.

Is this a standard setup?

Is there an option to default the discounted amount of 9000 in the first billing line and 12000 in the second billing line.
