one of Oracle 2 Nodes cluster is consuming more memory

I have oracle Grid 19c with 2 nodes 19.3 database on linux.

Sysadmin team reported that Node 2 is always consuming more memory than node 1 with constant value as seen in the below screenshot

the servers memory are identical with both 64GB and SGA+PGA is 78 % of the total server memory, i assume thats why the constance consumption is noticed .

but why on node 2 its more than node 1

is there any processes for Oracle rac that always is running and always run from one node.

As my preprod server, and when no application/db sessions are active shows the same result but on node 1 not node 2 as seen below:
