Having multiple MTS for Workflow Process Manager Component

Hello Experts,

We are heavily using Siebel bulk requests to add or modify accounts assets using asset-based ordering, currently, we have many crashes and delays on the workflow process manager component. We have two Siebel servers, the Max MTS is 1, and Max Tasks is 20 on each server, my question is, is there any technical issue if we raise these values (for example to make the Max MTS to 5 and Max Tasks to 100)? And in case there is no issue in changing them, do you think this will minimize the current issues we have, especially that we notice that
