HFM - Batch Report Issues

Hi

I am having an issue with a batch report in HFM. The batch works for all users except 1. When they try to run it the batch it fails and I see these errors the Batch Execution details repot

; nested exception is:

javax.jcr.AccessDeniedException: System 9 Platform error: AccessDenied.

Problems encountered in {0}


The user is in the same user group as other users who have successfully run the report so I do not understand what the access Denied is referring to. Can anyone tell me what this error means?
