Canada Check Format to print cents value as 10/100 in numbers instead of words.

We are building Check Print Format in Oracle R12.2.7 for Canada. Need the Amount to be printed as "One Thousand One Hundred Dollars And 10/100**" in place of "One Thousand One Hundred Dollars And Ten Cents**"

Please advise on how we can achieve the required formatting.
