Oracle client Listener, TNS names configuration of

Hello,


I have installed 19c Oracle client software on my webserver in a newly created client_home path. This was the installation zip file: WINDOWS.X64_193000_client.zip. Installation is finished.

Next step:

I would like to know how to configure the listener and tnsnames. Should I start the netca from this 19c home and configure a new listener?


Platform: Microsoft: windows server 2016

Database: 19c: release 19.0.0.0 version 19.11.0.0
